M.J. Bale is looking for an enthusiastic Casual Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at DFO Perth Airport.

We’re an Australian menswear brand known for quality tailoring, natural fibres and exceptional service. We’re also a certified B Corp and Official Tailor to the Australian Test cricket team, the Wallabies and the Socceroos.

About the role

You’ll work in a busy outlet environment, helping customers find the right fit and delivering a friendly, personal shopping experience.

Your day will include:

- Helping customers with fit, styling and product selection
- Working towards individual and store sales targets
- Building relationships with new and returning customers




- Keeping the store well presented and stocked
- Processing sales and assisting with stock movements
- Supporting the team during busy trade periods

About you

You’ll bring:

- Retail or customer service experience
- Confidence speaking with customers and making recommendations
- An interest in menswear, fashion and styling
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong presentation and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and peak periods

Menswear experience is an advantage but isn’t essential. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, contributes to the team and takes pride in what they do.
