Atom Resources are looking for an Exploration Geologist to join a gold-focused explorer, operating across prospective greenfields terrain, in a permanent setting. Working on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth, this role will be exposed to hands-on field work and opportunities to further develop technical skills.

The Role

- Support gold exploration programs across greenfields project areas.
- Complete geological logging, field mapping, sampling and drill rig support.
- Assist with sample management, QA/QC processes and accurate data capture.
- Contribute to target development through geological observations and data interpretation.
- Maintain safe, practical and efficient field practices in remote site conditions.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Geology (or similar)




- 1–4 years’ experience in exploration geology, preferably with gold exposure.
- Experience working with DD/RC/AC rigs (desirable)
- Sound field skills across logging, sampling, mapping and exploration data collection.
- A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail and willingness to work in FIFO field environments.
- Current manual driver’s licence and Australian working rights required
