About the role:

Join a boutique property management agency for an initial three-month contract, with the potential to extend. Working one-on-one with a property management savvy Director, you will step into a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day management and leasing of a residential portfolio.

- Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Advertise properties, manage inquiry and run leasing inspections
- Process applications and assist with tenant selection
- Draft leases and coordinate deposits, and key handovers
- Raise work orders and coordinate trades as required

Experience required:

- Previous property management experience essential
- Experience with leasing and tenant selection
- Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License
- Driver’s license and reliable car
- Organised, reliable and a strong attention to detail
- MUST be able to commit to the full 3 month contract

Benefits:

- $45 per hour + superannuation
