ABOUT THE ROLE

You will manage customers through the complete current vehicle sales process, from initial enquiry through to presentation, test drive, negotiation, sale and delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing showroom, telephone and online enquiries

- Building relationships with new and existing customers

- Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives

- Following up enquiries and maximising sales opportunities

- Negotiating and closing vehicle sales

- Achieving individual and dealership targets





- Developing repeat and referral business

- Maintaining accurate CRM and customer records

- Working closely with Finance & Insurance and dealership management

- Providing an exceptional customer experience

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Previous sales experience is essential.

Automotive sales experience is highly regarded; however, we are also interested in proven salespeople from other industries who have the ability and drive to succeed in automotive retail.
