About the Role

Coastal 4x4 is seeking an ARB 4WD Accessory Salesperson to join our team. This is a full-time position with a rotational Saturday roster, based in Hervey Bay.

As part of the ARB network, we provide customers with access to a leading range of 4WD products, backed by expert advice and a strong focus on quality and customer service.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with sales experience, 4WD knowledge and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assist customers to identify their 4WD needs and recommend suitable products.

- Prepare quotes, process sales and orders, and manage customer enquiries.

- Maintain strong product knowledge across ARB 4WD accessories, including bullbars, suspension, roof racks, winches and recovery equipment.

- Provide qualified and timely customer service in-store, by phone and email.

- Assist with stock management, product displays and maintaining an organised showroom.





- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a genuine passion for 4WD and outdoor adventure.

- Ability to learn technical product knowledge and provide confident recommendations.

- Well-organised, honest and reliable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with POS/retail systems and general computer skills.

- Current driver's licence and reliable transport to our Hervey Bay location.

- 4WD knowledge or industry experience preferred.

- Forklift licence preferred.
