As we continue to grow, we're investing heavily in the Savvy brand and the digital experiences that sit behind it — from our websites and digital products through to campaigns, content and customer journeys.

We're looking for an Assistant Designer to join our team and work closely with our senior creative and marketing team to help bring ideas to life across the Savvy brand.

About the Role

This is a hands-on junior design role suited to someone who is creative, digitally minded and looking to develop their career across a broad range of design disciplines.

This isn't a role focused solely on producing traditional graphic design collateral. You'll work across digital design, web, UI/UX, brand, social media, advertising and marketing, supporting the development of creative assets and customer experiences across Savvy.

You'll be exposed to a wide variety of projects and have the opportunity to learn while working on a growing national brand.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the design and development of Savvy's websites and digital experiences.

- Supporting UI and UX design for websites, applications, landing pages and customer journeys.

- Creating digital assets for marketing campaigns, social media, email and online advertising.

- Assisting with the development and evolution of the Savvy brand and its visual identity.

- Producing layouts, concepts, mock-ups and creative variations for campaigns and new initiatives.





- Working with the marketing and development teams to turn concepts into finished digital experiences.

- Helping maintain consistency across Savvy's different businesses, products and channels.

- Preparing and resizing creative assets across different platforms and formats.

- Supporting the creation of presentations, internal materials and other branded communications.

- Researching design trends, digital experiences and competitor activity.

- Contributing ideas and creative thinking to new campaigns, products and projects.

- Assisting senior team members with day-to-day design requirements.

About You

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about design and wants the opportunity to develop across multiple areas rather than being limited to one type of creative work.

You may be a recent graduate, currently working in a junior design position, or have a small amount of industry experience and be looking for your next opportunity.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Qualifications or experience in graphic design, digital design, visual communication, UI/UX or a related discipline.

- A strong eye for layout, typography, imagery and visual consistency.

- Experience with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

- An interest in website,



application and digital product design.

- An understanding of designing for social media and digital marketing channels.

- Strong attention to detail.

- The ability to take direction and turn ideas into polished creative work.

- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

- A willingness to learn, experiment and develop new skills.

- A portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities, whether through professional, university or personal projects.

Experience with motion design, video editing, animation, web design would be advantageous but isn't essential.
