White Sands Dental is looking for a friendly and motivated Dentist or Oral Health Therapist to join our team for 1–2 days per week with the potential to grow for the right person

We are an independently owned, up-to-date dental practice in Buderim with a great team, an established patient base and a relaxed, supportive working environment.

For us, dentistry is as much about people and relationships as it is about clinical skills. We are looking for someone with a great personality who genuinely enjoys getting to know their patients and is committed to developing strong, long-term dentist-patient relationships as the market responds well to this.

A great location to build your patient base

Our practice is conveniently located within a busy Buderim shopping centre, alongside Coles, a pharmacy, medical centre, bottle shop, KFC and other local businesses.

The centre attracts strong daily foot traffic and provides excellent visibility and convenience for patients, helping us attract new patients and providing a great environment for a clinician looking to establish and grow a loyal patient base.

About the role

This is a part-time position offering 1–2 regular days per week, with the potential to grow for the right person.

We offer a broad range of dentistry including general and family dentistry, implants, orthodontics, endodontics, preventative and restorative care, providing plenty of variety and the opportunity to develop the areas of dentistry you enjoy.

You'll have the clinical autonomy to practise in your own style, while having the support of an experienced and friendly team around you.

- Works well as part of a friendly and supportive team

- Is reliable and interested in becoming a long-term part of our practice

Clinical experience is certainly valued, but finding the right person is more important to us than simply filling the position. We want someone our patients will enjoy seeing and who will take pride in building their own loyal patient base within the practice.
