About the role

This is a busy, hands-on position where multitasking is essential. You'll be involved in all aspects of getting the store ready for the day and providing excellent service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing food for the day's trade

- Customer service and serving customers

- Making coffee and cold drinks

- POS operation and processing transactions

- Packing away deliveries and orders

- Stock rotation and restocking

- Cleaning and maintaining a high standard of presentation

- Working efficiently across multiple tasks

- Supporting the team wherever needed

About you

- A go-getter who takes initiative

- Positive, energetic and enthusiastic

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Able to multitask and prioritise

- Reliable and punctual

- Friendly and confident with customers

- A team player who is also capable of working independently

- Adaptable and available to work weekends

- Experience in hospitality, retail, food service or customer service is advantageous
