Keypoint Law is seeking a Solicitor (2-4 years PQE) with experience or interest in Litigation to join our firm. This role will support a principal and team (of 3) in our Sydney Wills & Estates practice.

About you:

You are a Solicitor with 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience and are looking to take a next step in your career.

You have a desire to work in Litigation and want to find a firm that has great leadership and that will propel your career.

Ideally, you will have experience in litigation, wills and estates, including:

- Experience in appearing in the Supreme Court of NSW, or a desire to learn and do so;

- Contested complex equity proceedings;

- Contested probate and family provision claims;

- Elder abuse recovery claims; Probate and administration of estates; and

- Incidental tax/superannuation issues.

More broadly, this opportunity will see the right candidate joining a highly active and collaborative Wills & Estates Practice comprising 10 partner-level lawyers across Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
