The Role

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting an experienced Account Manager with the management of their growing SME commercial client portfolio. This will include:

- Supporting the Account Manager with all facets of insurance broking, including renewals, endorsements, new business, claims support, account remarketing, reporting and administration
- Promoting client retention by maintaining regular contact with clients and delivering exceptional support
- Assisting with policy renewals, including gathering information, identifying risks, obtaining terms and preparing and issuing policy documentation




- Assisting clients throughout the claims process
- Preparing quotations, proposals, policy documentation, reports and other correspondence
- Managing associated administration, reporting and compliance requirements

What You'll Need

In order to succeed in this role, you will require the following:

- Previous experience within the general insurance broking sector, or similar
- ASIC Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualification, or working towards one
- Robust client service, documentation and communication skills
- Well-developed critical-thinking skills
- Experience using financial services software such as Insight, Sunrise, SVU or similar
