ADP Consulting is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to own end-to-end recruitment for engineering and professional services teams. You'll partner directly with Section Leads and Directors on workforce planning, run full-cycle recruitment across multiple disciplines and locations, and bring real market insight into how we attract and compete for people.

Key responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment from briefing through to offer, across multiple disciplines and locations

Build and maintain genuine talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles, not just react to vacancies as they open

Bring current salary and market data into hiring conversations so offers are competitive

Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning so the organisation is ahead of gaps, not scrambling to fill them

Shape how ADP is presented as an employer, including presence on LinkedIn

About you





Solid experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally with exposure to engineering, construction or technical qualified services

Confident holding your ground with senior stakeholders on market data and salary benchmarks

Genuinely organised — able to run multiple live searches without dropping the ball on candidate experience

Someone who wants to build a talent function, not just fill roles

Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane
