As part of the Early Careers Team, you will support apprentices and trainees across the business, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and handling a wide range of administrative tasks.You'll manage shared inboxes, deliver high-level customer service, track anniversaries and wage progression, maintain data in Excel and Avature, and prepare reports and dashboards.
