Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist (RN) to lead clinical quality improvements across Western Sydney aged care services.
The role is full time and mobile, partnering with Service Managers to strengthen safety, compliance and person-centred care.You'll travel across the Western Sydney region, with one day per week at our Parramatta office, delivering expert coaching, audits and data-informed improvement actions to build capability and sustainable quality across sites.
