MSS Security is seeking a Full Time Assistant Team Leader for the mining village site in Dysart. You will help lead and support the onsite security team to ensure secure, secure and efficient village operations.
This role operates on a 7 on 7 off roster with FIFO from Brisbane or DIDO within 600 km. You will mentor officers, coordinate security operations, conduct welfare checks, and maintain reports, while building strong client relationships and stakeholder communication.
