One Playground in Sydney is seeking a Talent and Onboarding Specialist. You will own recruitment end-to-end across all clubs, onboard recent teammates, and help build the OneCoach Academy talent pipeline as the brand scales.
This role is hands-on and quick-paced, requires robust ATS skills, stakeholder management, and a genuine passion for health and wellness. You'll partner with marketing to shape employer brand and support a culture that attracts and retains great humans.
