We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk based in Stapylton, Gold Coast. This is a pivotal role in the Finance Team which offers excellent career development and progression opportunities. This position requires working 100% onsite and you will be trained to use our Microsoft Dynamics ERP and in-house customised systems.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Processing and refunding credit card transactions
- Reconciling incoming funds and ensuring correct allocation of customer payments
- Debt collections (via phone and email)
- Processing monthly debtor statements
- Ensuring debtors’ profile are up to date
- Managing trade credit insurance reporting, claims and renewals
- Responding to and investigating customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Managing reporting deadlines for the Accounts Receivable functions
- Reporting to the Financial Controller and/or Proprietor on debt collection status and risks exposure
- Supporting the Finance and Sales teams

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:





- Prior working experience in similar role (Candidates without prior working experience will be considered if you have solid double entries knowledge)
- Excellent financial analytical skills
- Forward thinking with good leadership skills
- Passions in dealing with numbers and people
- Thorough attention to detail
- Strong sense of urgencies and respond quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and people skills
