Crocs, Inc. in Western Australia is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding service using the C.H.A.R.M. model and support daily store operations. You will manage POS, stock, merchandising and loyalty promotions while maintaining visual presentation and a clean, welcoming store setting.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years retail experience, solid English, and willingness to rotate shifts including nights and weekends. Basic computer skills and ability to lift 15kg daily are required.
