Mercer is seeking a Senior Financial Advisor to join the Mercer Financial Advice team in Sydney. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly to deliver tailored financial plans for high-net-worth clients and collaborate with accountants, lawyers, and tax specialists.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in financial advisory, solid knowledge of investments, tax planning and retirement strategies, plus proficiency with Xplan and CRM systems. CFP/CFA credentials are highly preferred.
