CSR are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our two manufacturing sites in Wetherill Park, driving performance, safety, and culture across the business.

You will oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, manage a team of ~80 with 8 direct reports, and partner with unions while delivering strong financial outcomes in a quick-paced workplace.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape operational strategy, drive continuous improvement, and ensure a secure, engaged workplace.
