Churches of Christ is recruiting Tenancy Officers to support tenants and manage a small portfolio in Ipswich and Kenmore, reporting to the Housing Coordinator. You will work with tenants, internal teams and external stakeholders to provide a qualified, responsive, and person-centred service, ensuring safe, quality homes and compliance with policies.
Approximately three years’ tenancy management experience and a Certificate IV in Social Housing are preferred.
