About the role
Join a high-performing private wealth team supporting HNW clients and a senior adviser. Take ownership of client service, advice implementation and account administration, with scope to develop into paraplanning or team leadership.
Manage front-line client queries and administration
Establish and maintain Wrap accounts
Process pension payments, contributions and rollovers
Assist with advice implementation and strategic recommendations
Complete AML/KYC for clients including SMSF and trust accounts
Prepare ROA's and provide basic paraplanning support
Liaise with clients, advisers, platforms and external providers
Support broader process and operational improvements
Skills & Experience
2+ years' experience as a Client Services Officer in a financial advice business
Solid communication and client administration skills
Experience with advice implementation and ROA's
Exposure to HNW, complex clients will be favourable
Resilient, reliable and highly team-oriented approach
