Wild Cherry School is seeking a warm and caring Prep teacher to join our thriving school community. Established in , Wild Cherry School offers Playgroup to Class 6 and is located in beautiful East Gippsland in Victoria. Our small Steiner school is growing each year and moving to a current purpose-built site in . There is the possibility for the Prep teacher to continue with the class to Class One.

The successful teacher will have:

Qualifications in Steiner education and/or demonstrated knowledge of Australian Steiner Curriculum Framework (preferred)
n
Demonstrated Steiner teaching experience (preferred)
n
Early Childhood Education experience (preferred)
n
Eligibility for full or provisional registration with the Victorian Institute of Teachers (required)
n
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
n
Artistic, musical, and/or handcraft interests
n
Current First Aid Level 2 qualifications or willingness to undertake and complete within an approved timeframe
