Job Description
BlueFit Pty Ltd is building Alkimos Aquatic and Recreation Centre and seeks a Customer Success Manager to lead our member journey from day one. You will oversee customer service, reception, and member retention, ensuring a warm, high-energy front-of-house workplace.

Collaborate with the Facility Manager, engage with schools and community groups, and drive pre-opening campaigns to maximise participation and enrolments. Leadership and hospitality excellence are essential.
