Bunnings is seeking a Customer Care & Warranty Specialist to turn complex builder inquiries into practical solutions across Frame & Truss projects. You'll own enquiries, manage warranties and coordinate with Technical, Production, Scheduling, Dispatch, Sales and Account Management teams to deliver timely outcomes.
You'll build trusted relationships with builders, keep customers informed with transparent updates, and help improve processes while maintaining accurate records in our systems.
