Seasonal Brewing Company is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead a large, multi-faceted hospitality venue and drive a vibrant evening crowd. You will run the day-to-day across the bar, kitchen, and events spaces, manage 30+ staff, oversee financial reporting, wage costs, COGS, and P&L; inputs, and coordinate with the Head Brewer on core range and seasonal releases.
Nights and weekends are required, with a sign-on bonus and profit share tied to performance.
