YOUR DAY TO DAY:
Manage a portfolio of circa 200 properties + assistant for OOO duties & admin
Overseeing maintenance
Lease renewals and vacates
Entires & exits
QCAT & insurance claims where required
Monitoring rent arrears
No Trust accounting, Open Homes or Application processing
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience managing a portfolio end-to-end in a SNR PM role
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
Ability tolead, mentor, and support junior team members
Highly organised with the ability to manage a rapid-paced, high-volume workload
QLD drivers license & reliable car
