Job Description
Crown Resorts Limited in Western Australia is seeking a Duty Manager for Crown Metropol & Promenade to lead the Rooms Division during shifts, ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction.

You will allocate resources, manage VIP arrivals, resolve issues with discretion, coach a high‐performing team, and generate daily management reports. The role requires supervisory experience, robust customer service, and familiarity with Opera PMS and MS Office.
