Job Description
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hands to join our kitchen team at Terrace on the Domain.

Working as part of a busy hospitality operation, you will support our chefs and wider kitchen team to maintain a clean, organised and efficient working setting.
n
About the Role
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Washing dishes, cookware, utensils and kitchen equipment
n
Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, storage and back-of-house areas
n
Cleaning floors, benches, cool rooms and equipment
n
Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required
n
Receiving, storing and moving kitchen supplies
n
Removing rubbish and maintaining waste areas
n
Following food safety, hygiene and WHS procedures
n
Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
n
n
About You
n

Is reliable, punctual and hardworking

Works well as part of a team
n
Can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
n
Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Understands the importance of cleanliness and food safety
n
Is comfortable with the physical requirements of kitchen work
n
Is available across a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays where required
n
n
Previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience is an advantage, but a robust work ethic and the right attitude are equally key.
