Job Description
Coal Services is seeking an experienced Advantages Manager to oversee the end‐to‐end advantages process, including weekly entitlement calculations and timely payments.
You'll lead a team, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with legislation and internal guidelines while supporting sustainability of our NSW workers' compensation services.
The role is a fixed-term, full time position based in Speers Point or Sydney, with hybrid working options.
