Business Analyst / Project Support Officer | Project Governance

Support requirements analysis, business process activities and project governance within a complex ICT delivery environment, contributing to planning, reporting, assurance and stakeholder coordination through to June .
n
Location: Canberra / Sydney / Brisbane / Hobart / Coffs Harbour
n Work Arrangement: Full time. Flexible work arrangements to be negotiated with the Director.
n Contract Duration: ASAP to June
n Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline
n
Essential Tasks
n
n
Undertake requirements analysis and maintain comprehensive requirements tracking.
n
Support business process analysis, impact assessments, testing and business validation.
n
Develop project plans, schedules, governance artefacts and project documentation.
n




Prepare reporting and executive briefs, coordinate governance forums and maintain project registers.
n
n
Key Criteria
n
n
Robust requirements analysis, traceability and business process mapping capability.
n
Experience supporting project governance, reporting and assurance activities.
n
Clear written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
n
Experience with Agile, PRINCE2 or P3, or digital health, interoperability or government ICT settings, is desirable.
n
