Arcare is seeking a Client Services Manager/Business Development to lead sales and admission activity across Portarlington and Point Lonsdale. You will promote the Arcare brand, strengthen referrer networks, and work with the Victorian State Manager to maximise occupancy and RAD sales.

Key duties include resident tours, CRM updates and relationship management with hospitals, social workers and community groups.
