Position Summary
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for theoverall coordination, and delivery of maintenance, grounds, and facility servicesat Menkawum Ngurra Elders Residence.
This includes ensuring buildings, infrastructure, equipment, vehicles, and grounds aresafe, compliant, functional, and well maintainedto support high‐quality aged care services.
The role providesoperational leadershipto maintenance staff and contractors, oversees preventative and reactive maintenance programs, ensures compliance withNational Aged Care Quality Standards, WHS legislation, and relevant regulatory requirements, and contributes to a secure, culturally respectful, and welcoming workplace for residents, staff, families, and visitors.
