To be a Starbucks Assistant Store Manager
n
We'd love to hear from people who have:
n
n
A minimum of two years' progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer-facing role
n
Solid organisational, interpersonal, and problem‐solving skills
n
The ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
n
Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
n
Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance
n
Exposure to rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L;) reports
n
A proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive,



inclusive, and engaging work workplace
