Job Description
Guzman y Gomez in Australia is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee overnight shifts (10pm-6am or 11pm-7am).
You will partner with managers to train and lead the crew, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
As a hands-on leader, you'll manage labour, stock, food safety, cash handling and deliveries, while upholding GYG values and policies.
A track record in quick-paced service and relevant certificates is a plus.
