About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and personable entry-level Administrative Coordinator to join our service provider company. Working closely with and reporting to the Finance Manager, you will provide essential administrative support across office operations, client coordination, and internal processes. This role is perfect for a proactive early-career professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily office operations, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and reception coverage
Assist the Finance Manager with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Support client onboarding, service scheduling, and follow-up communications
Maintain internal records, staff directories, and shared calendars
Help prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required
Liaise with external vendors, landlords, and service providers regarding routine inquiries
Assist with basic invoicing support or purchase order tracking (training provided)
About You
High school diploma or Certificate III/IV in Business Administration (or equivalent experience); Associate degree or higher is a plus
-Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with shared drives (e.g., Google Workspace or SharePoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a service-driven workplace
High attention to detail and organisational skills
Positive, qualified attitude with a willingness to learn
