Work Environment

This position is onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility where you will work closely with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ musculoskeletal health to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs and goals.
- Implement and modify therapeutic programs based on ongoing evaluations of patient progress, ensuring effectiveness and adherence to rehab protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of patient progress, documenting interventions and outcomes to inform future therapy sessions and adjustments.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to create a cohesive rehabilitation plan that addresses all aspects of the patient's health.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, at-home exercises,



and self-care strategies that promote long-term physical well-being.
- Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities and equipment in your interventions, ensuring high standards of safety and effectiveness in treatment.
- Engage in community outreach programs to promote physical health and wellness, establishing connections and raising awareness about physical therapy services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Resilience Physical Therapy, you will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our diverse clientele ranges from athletes seeking to return to peak performance to older adults focusing on functional independence, requiring tailored therapy approaches to meet their individual rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Doctorate or Master's degree is preferred.
- An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in physical therapy, particularly concerning orthopedic rehabilitation practices.
- Solid knowledge of orthopedic conditions, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques that promote patient recovery.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues, facilitating a supportive treatment environment.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in a rehabilitation facility, with a focus on outpatient orthopedic therapy.




- Familiarity with evidence-based practice guidelines and the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques.

Compensation and Advantages

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level.
