Fitness First is seeking a motivated Member Support Consultant (MSC) to spark motivation, build confidence, and guide members on their fitness journey. You will drive club sales through proactive outreach, referrals, and personalised member interactions to help members start and sustain their journey.

You’ll deliver presentations and tours to prospective members, nurture relationships, and support retention programs while collaborating with a high-energy team across Australia’s NSW and VIC clubs.
