As a result of company growth and in anticipation of more, we are currently looking to appoint a Customer Care & Sales Administrator to be based in XXX office, to assist us in our pursuit to create exceptional value to our customers and the community.

Specific responsibilities will include

- Managing a small portfolio of non-face-to-face customers
- Coordinating and supporting business development and customer relationship management activities, including the scoping, proposing, closing and on-boarding of new small-medium sized customers
- Coordinating and supporting business development and customer relationship management activities, including the on-boarding of new customers
- Supporting the development and coordination of provision of customer collateral material
- Responding to incoming requests and enquiries regarding Assure’s products and services
- Collecting information required for bid proposal compilation,



and assisting in the preparation of tenders, proposals and new business presentations
- Assisting in the preparation of ad-hoc reporting
- Assisting in the coordination of customer related activities including Awareness Sessions and attendance at health expos

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound computer skills with high levels of accuracy in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and CRMs
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a flexible approach
- Attention to detail, self-motivated and reliable
- Exceptional ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment
