OurHealthcareandRetirementLiving businessis looking to expand,and we are currently seeking a Leasing Executive to join a high performing, Sydney CBD-basedteam,servicing clients nationally.

Reporting to theDirector,you will assume a key role in the delivery solutions for our highly valued clients. In this role, you will build on the success of a dominant team in a bid to create your own profile in the marketplace.

Scope of work:

- Actively pursuing new appointments to act for organisations especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses.

- Contributingtowards the production of proposals,pitchesand project promotional material.

- Maintaining and building client relationships.





- Assistin ensuring the client database information is of the highest integrity. This includes data entry of all listings,contactand transactional information.

Qualifications

- Current Real Estate Certificate or Licence
- Acommercial leasing backgroundin office, medical or retail assets is preferred

- Solid client-orientated approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Excellent negotiation skills and thorough understanding of industry legislation/current market trends

- Confident presentation and communications skills.

- Proactive team player witha high levelof enthusiasm.
