About the role
We are currently seeking a Services Managerfor Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. This role offers excellent career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and delivery of building services & utilities across major infrastructure projects
- Manage MEP design, construction integration and stakeholder engagement from planning through to completion.
- Drive safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes while mitigating project risks.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and delivery teams to optimise project performance.
- Preparation and management of commissioning strategy
- Champion innovation, constructability, and best practice to ensure successful project outcomes.
About you
- Proven experience managing building services delivery across major construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulic systems and their integration.
- Skilled at building collaborative relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Demonstrated ability to drive safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes.
- A proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
