You will collaboratewith other Colleges and Halls andwith teamsacross the Universityto strengthenpartnerships,alumniengagementand the overall residentialexperience.
What you will deliver:
- Lead a welcoming, inclusive residential community and design programmes that enhancestudentbelonging, wellbeing,successand civic responsibility.
- Oversee student welfare, pastoral care, incidents and risks, ensuring safe, supportive environments and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Strengthen relationships with students, alumni, donors and partners, advancing reputation, engagement,philanthropyand community connections.
- Provide inspirational leadership to staff and student leaders, overseeing operations, budgets,contractsand facilities improvements.
- Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for International House,
with clear KPIs and continuous improvement processes.
You maybe a great fitifyou:
- Holda relevant postgraduate qualificationanddemonstratesubstantial managementexpertise, preferablyinhigher education or othercomplexorganisations.
- Bring extensive experience in student accommodation or residential colleges, mentoring and supporting students’ academic and social wellbeing.
- Demonstrate success developing and delivering strategic and operational plans, leadingcontinuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide outstandingpeopleleadership, building collaborative, high-performing teams and managing performance,operationsand financial resources.
- Excel at relationship-building,consultationand negotiation with diverse stakeholders, including executives, students,alumniand external partners.
- Offer experience working with fundraising or advancement teams and, ideally, exposure to higher education environments.
