Join our Randwick team and enjoy the variety of working across all age groups in a supportive, inclusive environment.

SDN Randwick Centre is currently seeking a qualified Certificate III Float Educator to join our centre in a Permanent Part Time capacity – working across Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 32 hours per week across 4 days. Our light filled modern centre is an oasis in the local community.

About The

Role

This will include: Build nurturing, positive relationships with children and support their emotional wellbeing

Guide positive behaviour and encourage children’s independence and decision-making

Create engaging, inclusive environments that support all areas of development

Support daily routines, including meals, toileting, and responding to individual needs

Assist with observing, documenting, and supporting children’s learning and healthy habits About you To be successful, you will be: Certificate III qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care

12 months - 2 years of relevant work experience in Early Childhood Education

Working with Children Check and current Senior First Aid qualification, Child protection training and commitment to child safety

Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework A compassionate, patient, and dedicated individual who genuinely enjoys working with children.

Able to create and maintain a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for children.

A good team player who thrives in a collaborative setting, need to be proactive and takes on new initiatives in a new room.
