This is a rare opportunity to lead several of Minda's most significant workforce transformation initiatives, including implementation of our Industrial Relations Strategy, enterprise bargaining, the transition to self insurance and the ongoing evolution of our Centre of Expertise.

Supporting a workforce of more than 1,700 employees, we seek an accomplished senior HR leader who thrives in complex, regulated environments and brings deep expertise in industrial relations, employee relations and workforce transformation, while playing a pivotal role translating strategic workforce priorities into practical frameworks, systems and sustainable organisational outcomes.

What you'll Do

- Lead a team of Business Partners and support staff, ensuring responsive, compliant and consistent services across the employee lifecycle.
- Drive implementation of Minda's Industrial Relations Strategy, translating strategy into practical frameworks, policies and business rules.
- Provide leadership for Enterprise Agreement negotiations, facilitating union engagement, and supporting implementation activities.
- Provide expert advice on complex industrial and employee relations matters, disputes and workforce transformation initiatives.
- Lead HR's contribution to the transition to a future self insured model,



ensuring organisational readiness across key stakeholder groups.
- Act as a key leader within Minda's Centre of Expertise, contributing specialist knowledge to workforce governance, systems and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring

- Senior HR leadership experience within a large, complex and regulated organisations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build robust credibility at Executive, union and operational levels.
- Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise bargaining and industrial relations initiatives within large, unionised or highly regulated organisations.
- Deep expertise in industrial relations, employee relations, workforce governance and employment legislation.
- Experience in self insured environments, injury management or similar with sound underpinnings of the requirements necessary to achieve self insured status.
- A track record of delivering change, transformation and service improvements.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Employment Relations, Law, Business or a related discipline.
