As the Venue Manager you will be reporting to the F&B; Operations Manager and responsible for the entire venue operation of Sokyo in partnership with the Executive Chef, ensuing a positive and exciting environment where flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount.

Sports Bar - Our hub for all mega sporting events. All your pub favourites, bar and entertainment lineups weekly, and over 50 LCD TVS.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can leverage your expertise in operational management and team leadership to deliver a thrilling new era for Sports Bar.

A few of your responsibilities:

- Deliver impeccable standards of professionalism and demonstrate commitment to guest and team experience
- Build a guest culture to continuously deliver a thrilling experience in line with The Star’s Values
- Manage day-to-day operations,



meeting the quality, standards, and expectations of our guests
- Review and analyse the daily operational needs maintaining beverage, labour, product and expenses on budget
- Attract and develop talent and own the performance of your team

What are we looking for:

- Proven leadership experience and the ability to develop large teams including succession planning, retention, and growth strategies
- Demonstrated ability in planning and resourcing people and products, performance management, controlling labour costs and operating expenses
- Experience in developing productive relationships and managing and driving change
- Experience in managing high-end award-winning restaurants, bars, or outlet
- Versatile availability to meet the demands of a 24/7 business
