Our client is a proudly Australian-owned and operated manufacturer of world-class air conditioning systems, producing a wide range of reliable and energy-efficient HVAC products specifically designed for Australian conditions.

They are currently seeking Skilled Assemblers to join their manufacturing team and contribute to the production of high-quality air conditioning systems.

Available Shifts

Morning Shift: 7am - 3pm

Afternoon Shift: 4pm - 12pm

Responsibilities

- Assemble air conditioning and HVAC components and assemblies
- Use a variety of hand and power tools
- Follow technical drawings, specifications and assembly instructions
- Measure, cut and fit insulation to required specifications
- Apply insulation to HVAC components to improve energy efficiency




- Apply identification labels to components and finished products for inventory tracking and compliance
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
- Work efficiently within a fast-paced production environment

About You

- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing or production is highly regarded
- HVAC or similar industry experience is advantageous
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications
- Experience working with insulation materials is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Basic computer skills for production and inventory documentation
