ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER | LUXURY & FULLY FURNISHED | $75K-$80K | MELBOURNE INNER CITY

An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager to join a highly specialised Luxury & Fully Furnished Stays team based in Melbourne's Inner City.

Working with some of Melbourne's most impressive homes and premium furnished properties, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys the luxury property space, being out in the field and delivering an exceptional level of service.

This is a predominantly field-based position, with your days centred around inspections, Entry Condition Reports, re-lets and ensuring some of Melbourne's most prestigious properties are maintained and presented to an exceptional standard.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Conducting detailed Entry Condition Reports
- Conducting routine property inspections
- Managing re-letting and property turnover activities
- Inspecting and overseeing fully furnished luxury properties
- Liaising with high-end tenants, owners and contractors




- Coordinating maintenance and ensuring properties are presented impeccably
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of furnished properties
- Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
- Supporting the wider Property Management team
- Providing a highly professional and personalised level of service

What We're Looking For:

- Previous Property Management or Assistant Property Management experience
- Strong knowledge of residential property management processes
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong Entry Condition Report and inspection skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional presentation
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Confidence working independently in the field
- Genuine interest in luxury and premium real estate
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate preferred
