Circa $120k–$160k + Vehicle + Uncapped Commission

A well-established and growing Fire Protection contractor is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the next phase of its growth.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected business with a robust reputation in the market, established service contracts and genuine career progression into a senior leadership position.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have experience in business development within Fire Protection, Building Services or Facilities Management.
- Have a proven track record securing service, maintenance or compliance contracts.
- Be confident developing relationships with facility managers, strata managers, builders, consultants and commercial property clients.




- Possess strong commercial acumen with experience preparing proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
- Be a self-motivated individual who enjoys building long-term client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
