Structural Principal Engineer

This role is with a long-established structural engineering consultancy. They have an excellent reputation and a steady stream of high-quality work. to move into a key leadership role.
The business is built around structural engineering, supported by in-house civil and surveying. After many successful years, the Director is starting a structured transition away from the day-to-day running of the Practice. This opens a rare chance for a highly experienced senior level engineer to step up and help guide the next phase of the business.

You’ll enjoy a high level of independence, leading a small team, driving your own projects, and shaping how the Practice operates. There is also a clear path toward future ownership for the right person.

What You’ll Be Working On
Partner closely with architects, delivering smart and buildable solutions,



across:

- High-end residential homes
- Boutique multi-residential projects
- Architecturally driven commercial buildings
- Education sector developments

Ideal for someone who appreciates the design side of engineering and enjoys solving unique structural challenges.
