The Role: Marsfield NSW | Care Service Employee | Part-Time, 45h/ Fortnightly (Morning shifts, 6AM to 2PM)

You will be responsible for:

- Assisting residents with personal care including showering
- Supporting residents with meals
- Contributing to care planning with registered staff
- Documenting care and services provided to residents
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities

- Requirements

- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support (Essential)

- Experience in similar role in aged care (Essential)

- Must be available to do AM shifts Monday to Sunday (6AM to 2pm)

- Must have full unrestricted working rights in Australia
- A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented team

- Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion and ethnicity
