The Opportunity:

Kick-start your engineering career with a hands-on Boilermaker Apprenticeship in the agricultural manufacturing industry. Based in Cowra, this opportunity allows you to develop practical skills in heavy fabrication, welding, metal cutting, reading engineering drawings, and assembling components used in the production of agricultural machinery and equipment that support farming operations across Australia.

Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you'll gain exposure to the manufacture of large-scale farming equipment while completing a nationally recognised trade qualification. This apprenticeship is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving practical problems, and building a long-term career in engineering and manufacturing.

Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm in Cowra, NSW

Duties may include:

- MIG welding
- Fabrication saw cutting
- Flame cutting
- Rolling, shaping, heating, or hammering metal products to produce parts.




- Using hand and machine tools, welding equipment, and CNC machines.
- Using various techniques which include welding, bolting, and riveting to align, assemble, and fix pieces together to create parts and structures.
- Adding finishing touches to products in the form of cleaning, polishing, filing, and adding protective or decorative finishes.

About You:

- Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
- Completion of Year 10 High School
- Drivers Licence desirable but not essential
- Forklift, dogging and rigging and working at heights desirable
- Willing to undertake police check and pre employment medical if required
